As an account manager, you will act as a consultant; advising clients on best practices for marketing and sales strategies, sharing knowledge, and empowering clients and their teams with expertise and tools.
Aside from being responsible for managing the relationships with the customers, you will also act as liaison between the customer and our internal team. Your main goal is to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services, by leading the Motion team to accomplish their tasks. You objective will not only be to increase customer retention, but to ensure customers are thrilled to be working with Motion!

As an account manager, you are responsible for managing the relationships with named clients. The bottom line function for this position is to retain our customers and ensure the transition of clients from satisfied to thrilled.
The Account Manager liaises between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customers' needs. Manage and develop clients' accounts to maintain favorable relationships with them. It's responsible for leading the team to accomplish their tasks and deliver what the clients expect.

1- Manage relationships with clients, maintaining good communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2- Organize and supervise the team's activities to deliver the services offered, on time.
3- Manage the different tools used by the Agency and the client, providing onboarding and support, as needed.
4- Review and share monthly results, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the goals and spending within a budget.
5- Maintain an ongoing relationship with the internal team, including Growth Hacking, Design, and Content Departments.
6- Advise clients on tools and marketing strategies.
